Returns & replacements
Shopping online with Gadgetsboutique.com.au should be simple and stress-free.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our Sydney warehouse for store credit within 30 days. Provided the product is unopened, in brand new condition. For health and safety reason, the only product that cannot be returned for change of mind are earphones/headphones.
For all other eligible products, there is a standard charge of $8.00 to cover cost of exchange.
For Australian customers, if your product is faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will organise pick-up, and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
International customers are responsible for returns to our Australian warehouse, replacement will be sent free of charge if the product is covered by manufactures warranty
Shipping & delivery
We offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand
We pack and send all our products from our warehouse in Hornsby NSW. Free delivery Australia wide, it usually takes between 2-5 business days. If you’re not available for delivery you will be notified with a calling card so you can collect your item at your nearest post office.
For larger items we deliver the goods with a courier company providing online tracking.
International deliveries, free deliveries are offered for orders over AUD $100, otherwise a flat fee of AUD $5 will be charged. Depending on location, deliveries usually take 5-20 business days from Sydney, Australia.
Privacy & security
We respect your privacy and will contact you only to keep you updated about your purchase. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you no more than one email per week.
Credit card payments are processed securely through eWay Australia. This ensures your details are protected by banking grade security with assurance from an Australian business. You can find out more by visiting eway.com.au.
For international orders, we only accept payments through paypal.
