If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for store credit within 30 days if the product unopened in brand new condition.
If your product faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receipt - We will organise a pickup and replacement sent to you free of charge. - Shipping & Delivery
- Most of our items come with free shipping or a shipping cap of $10 for all items delivered Australia wide.
We pack and send all our products from 565 Woodville Road, Guildford Sydney. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days with Australia post. If your not available for delivery, you will be notified with a calling card so you can collect your item at your nearest post office.
For larger items, we will deliver your goods with a courier company with online tracking.
