Returns & replacements 

Shopping online with Gadgets Boutique should be simple and stress-free.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our Sydney warehouse for store credit within 30 days. Provided the product is unopened, in brand new condition. For health and safety reason, the only product that cannot be returned for change of mind are earphones/headphones.  

The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

If you have a minor problem with a product, Gadgets Boutique can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.  

All products come with 1 year warranty (unless stated otherwise), from the date of purchase.

All warranty claims will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of return.

Gadgets boutique is not responsible for return shipping charges for warranty claims, but we will reimburse you for standard postage post fee if the product is sent by mistake or misrepresented.

If your returned faulty product cannot be serviced or replaced for the same, a full refund will be issued. 


Shipping & delivery

All deliveries are processed in Sydney Australia and will take 3-8 business days for delivery

If you’re not available for delivery you will be notified with a calling card so you can collect your item at your nearest post office or schedule a time for redelivery with a courier. 


Privacy & security

  • We respect your privacy and will contact you only to keep you updated about your purchase. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you no more than one email per week. To unsubscribe, simply login into your account and select the "email subscription" tab to unsubscribe.
  • Your personal information, including name, address, phone numbers are only used for the purpose of sale only and will never be shared with third party providers. You can update or delete your account by logging in to your account 

  • Credit card information are processed through and - We do not store credit card information on our servers. 

  • As you browse advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with Gadgets Boutique. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number
