- AThe switch to put on silent mode is very hard to operate with this case on. It is also quite tough to open the flap for the charging port but this is understandable to some degree as it needs to remain watering roof. The built in screen protector feels a little flimsy to the touch. It arrived late to the U.K. so I would allow a week extra on their guide delivery time but the customer service team were efficient to respond to queries.Alexandra Wingrove
